The launch desk

New Pons v2 launches, indexed as they happen. The desk observes them; it does not yet trade them. Promotion out of observation is a manual decision backed by replay evidence, and nothing in the code performs it automatically.

Both are checked against the chain at runtime. Neither is assumed from configuration.

Permission

Launching is not assumed to be permissionless. Before any launch control is offered, the desk calls the factory's own canLaunch(wallet) and reads the live launch configuration, including its id — which is never hardcoded. If the contract says no, the flow is not presented at all.

Promotion

The desk starts in OBSERVE_ONLY. It moves to paper trading, and then to live sizing, only after a replay over recorded history shows the strategy would have been profitable without look-ahead. Each step is approved by a human.

A launch is the least forgiving thing this desk could trade: the reference price is young, the curve is thin, and the pool is minutes old. That is exactly why it is the last capability to be enabled rather than the first.
